Orders

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday. We ship parcels via Canada Post & Purolator, depending on the size of the order.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping within Canada over $99 (Excludes some remote locations listed below and oversized products, including 5g pails, dryers and grooming arms). The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

Returns and Damages

If you change your mind, within 45 days, we are happy to refund or exchange products for you. Please come in, give us a call or email and we will happily assist you. Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Products must be returned with all original items, clippers must be returned with the original blade(s). Shampoo must be in its original packaging and contain 50% or more of the initial quantity.

The following products are only returnable if unsued, it arrived damaged, or is defective:

Dryer or clipper parts
Scissors/Shears
Clippers/Trimmers & Clipper Blades
Dryers

Once you have reached out to us regarding your return, you are welcome to bring your item in to us directly, or you can drop off at any Mr Pets location, and they will send it back to us the following Tuesday or Friday. If you are returning via mail, and there is nothing wrong with the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping. Please include/have a copy of your invoice with all return methods. If an order is sent back without notice, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You must return the item within 45 days of your purchase.

If a product arrived damaged or is defective:

Please send photos/videos of all damages to mail@excalibursharpening.ca to ensure a speedy resolution. We will pay for the return shipping label to get the item back to us, or the item can be dropped off at any Mr Pets location, and they will send it back to us the following Tuesday or Friday.
